化学反应的部分是没有残留的。等离子与污渍反应主要就是生成气体,二氧化碳、一氧化碳、臭氧、一氧化氮等,直接就被强抽抽走了。如果客户的产品表面确实粉尘大污渍比较多,最好先把表面残留物擦掉、或者水洗后再使用等离子清洗。
在非无尘环境下,清洗完到下一步工序,能保持多久?
水滴角保持多久,与环境中的湿度、氧气含量有关,氧气会和产品表面形成薄膜,被氧化。不同物质被氧化的速度也不一样,所以保持效果都是因材质不同而定的。建议清洗完就直接进行下一步工序,实在需要放置,可以放在氮气柜。
