被测气体:主要成分是什么?背景气体中有哪些可能的干扰成分?气体的温度和压力范围?

2. 确定关键性能参数

量程、精度、分辨率、响应时间、稳定性

3. 选择合适的测量原理 (核心技术)

安装方式:

原位式: 传感器直接插入过程管道或容器(如氧化锆、部分激光、部分荧光探头)。优点: 响应最快,无采样滞后。缺点: 需考虑过程温度压力、安装接口、维护便利性。

抽取式: 通过采样泵和管线将气体抽取到分析仪(电化学、顺磁、部分荧光、激光)。优点: 分析仪可安装在更友好环境,便于维护。缺点: 有采样滞后,需处理样气(过滤、除湿、降温),维护采样系统。

扩散式: 气体自然扩散接触传感器(便携式安全仪、部分固定式电化学)。结构简单,无泵,但响应慢,受环境气流影响。
