All Sndway products come with a one-year free warranty service starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers failures or damages caused by defects in manufacturing processes or materials . It does not cover failures caused by accidental damage by the user or unauthorized modifications and repairs.

Warranty Terms

During the warranty period, if the product has quality issues, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty service does not cover normal wear and tear or consumables.
