In 2023, PROYA Foundation launched the Growth Guardian Women Empowerment Program at Xihu District Charity Federation, offering training sessions for women in entrepreneurship, employment skills, leadership, skincare, and makeup. The program also provides instruction on family and work relationships, mental health and emotional management, and professional mental health counseling to help women develop their vision and cultivate a growth mindset. The foundation also continuously involves additional social forces to care for and support women's growth.
