We consistently provide comprehensive and diverse learning content for our employees. Within our organization, we define the sources of employee learning needs across five dimensions: learning needs stemming from strategic requirements, organizational needs, cultural needs, performance management needs, and employees' own development needs.
To address these needs, we have cultivated hundreds of in-house Enterprise Trainers who leverage job experience extraction to offer a rich array of internal learning resources. Additionally, each year, we engage in deep collaboration with various external training and consulting agencies to introduce cutting-edge management courses and professional technical training. Combining these efforts with our proprietary online learning platform, MOO Academy, we design blended learning programs (online match offline) to meet the rapidly evolving development needs of our organization."
We prioritize the growth and advancement of employees within our organization. Based on their abilities and potential, we categorize our talent development pipeline into five levels: Bai Chuan, Hai Cang, Hai Chao, Ling Yun, and Jiu Xiao, representing a progression from recent graduates to senior executives within the company. Each talent pool is supported by a systematic training system, subdivided into six domains including management, sales, technology, design, quality, and manufacturing. We assign mentors tailored to each employee's needs, aiming to assist them in realizing their full potential.
Furthermore, we have established a company kindergarten to meet the educational needs of employees' children, and provide talent apartments to address housing requirements. These initiatives comprehensively enhance employee job satisfaction.
